Hazmat Evaluation:  Our services include classification of hazardous materials, calculation of totals by hazard class, comparison to exempt amounts or maximum allowable quantities, and selection of the occupancy classification.

Design Options:  We provide design options that are code compliant and cost effective.

 

Plan Review:  We assist design professionals to help ensure that submittals are code compliant.  We are retained by AHJs for complicated hazardous materials projects.

Sprinkler Plan Review:  We provide comprehensive sprinkler plan review, particularly of high-piled combustible storage.

Inspection:   We inspect buildings, systems, and equipment to help ensure code compliance and conformance with approved plans.

Testing:  We prepare life-safety system testing documents, coordinate the testing team, and document testing results.

Training:  We provide comprehensive training on the hazardous materials code requirements for buildings and installations.
