Code Compliance

The principal consultant for Winslow Partnership is William Winslow.  Mr. Winslow is ICC Certified in the International Fire and Mechanical Codes.  For the past 25 years he has served as a consultant to cities and design professionals on projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, involving Hazardous Occupancies and hazardous chemical storage, piping, containment, ventilation, abatement, and detection systems.

Winslow Partnership provides value to its clients by ensuring that designs comply with the hazardous materials requirements of the Building, Fire and Mechanical codes, cost effectively.  This is accomplished by evaluating the hazardous materials inventory, providing design solutions, and checking plans before they are submitted to the authority having jurisdiction. 

Recent clients of Winslow Partnership include Safeway Distribution (ammonia cold storage) Imperium (biodiesel), Blue Origin (rocket engine testing), and GSK (pharmaceuticals).

Mr. Winslow stays abreast of code changes through his Professional Membership in the International Code Council, National Fire Protection Association, and the Washington State Association of Fire Marshals, where he National Codes Director.  He has submitted code changes and attended the public hearings  associated with the development of the Uniform and International Codes since 1987.
